Last Minute Yard Sale Plans ....

Happy Friday Everyone!  I just wanted to let you know that I may not be around much today or tomorrow.  My BFF and I just decided about 2 hours ago to participate in a neighborhood sale in her neighborhood tomorrow.  Yes it may be a little crazy not to have planned a little more in advance, but that's just how it goes sometimes.  I've gone through every room and closet in the house plus the garage.  I have 2 rather large piles of things ready to be priced and transported.  My number one goal .... aside from making a little money of course ... is to rid my house of all the things we don't use and need any more.  I hate clutter so I love cleaning it out!  I should be back on Sunday with all my normal posts like Menu Plan Monday and the Store Match-ups.

If you happen to be heading out to Yard Sales .... we will be in the Panther Run neighborhood on Kyles Station in Liberty Twp.  Stop by and say "Hi!"

Have a Great Weekend!

Swagbucks Introduces Trusted Surveys!!

It's no secret that I LOVE Swagbucks!!  Winning and earning is SO easy!  It's my favorite way that I'm saving for Christmas this year.  I'm also adding to my Christmas savings by taking online surveys with Toluna, Lightspeed Panel, My Survey.  I'm so excited that Swagbucks has added Trusted Surveys as a way to win Swagbucks!!

Trusted Surveys are available to any Swagbucks user who has been with Swagbucks for more than 7 days.  So if you don't have a Swagbucks account, Get Started now and then 7 days later start earning by taking surveys with Swagbucks.  Of course you can start earning Swagbucks by searching online right after setting up your account.  Already using Swagbucks, then the Trusted Surveys link appears now on your Swagbucks homepage in both the drop down tab labeled Ways to Earn and in the Quick Links on the left side of the screen.

Online surveys usually have some sort of a screener to determine if you qualify for the survey.  Trusted Surveys are no different except in one way ... The Trusted Survey Dashboard will tell you how likely it is that you will qualify for the survey before you even begin.  I'm going to use that info to determine which surveys I choose to take when I don't have lots of time.  The dashboard also tells you how much time to expect the survey to take and of course how many Swagbucks you will earn if you qualify and complete the survey.

Also on the Survey Dashboard is a list of Profiles.  Tell Swagbucks more about yourself by completing them.  That information will then be used to send more surveys your way.  Plus you will earn Swagbucks just for completing the Profiles .... 10 - 25 each.

One more thing ... of course not the least important though ... is that it is very important to be honest when taking online surveys.  That's the only way the research being done can have accurate results.

Just visiting the Trusted Survey link once a day is another way to earn One Swagbuck everyday.  Logging in to your toolbar, taking the Daily Poll and visiting the No Obligation Special Offers are the other three ways.  That means 4 Swagbucks each day everyday with just a few clicks!

So don't wait to get started!  What are you saving for with your Swagbucks earnings?

Meijer Trip June 9th

I did something almost unheard of and usually absolutely crazy today.  I took all 3 of my boys with me to the grocery store!!  We spent the morning at a friend's house.  Meijer was on our way home and I really didn't want to drive back to do my shopping later.  I have to brag that I was very impressed with my boys behavior.  They were helpful, got along well and stayed (mostly) out of the way of other shoppers.  I can't say that shopping together is something we'll make a habit of but today was great!!

I told you I would post my Meijer shopping list before I went shopping.  Well .... I didn't get the list posted so here's the list of what I bought instead.  I did 2 transactions to make sure that all my coupons would double.

Lee Dewyze's Princess - Free MP3 on Amazon

This last season of American Idol was the first that I've watched.  I know "What rock have I been under, right?"   Anyway Lee Dewyze was one of my favorites and I was thrilled when he won.  My boys are asking if I'll take them to see him in concert.  Uh ... I doubt that'll happen but they were happy when I added our first Lee Dewyze song to my music library today.  Amazon is offering the MP3 Princess by Lee Dewyze for FREE.   Enjoy!

Menu Plan Monday June 7th

Making a list of the contents of my freezers has been on my To Do List for a week or so.  I got to cross it off the list on Saturday.  Both of my freezers were full and I guessed correctly that I'd find things in both that I didn't know were there.  With the list completed, I made a Menu Plan for this week and started one for each of the next two weeks also.  I found the Shredded Potato Quiche recipe to use up some of the 2 bags of hash browns I found ... one in each freezer.  I'm using the cooked Italian Sausage I found instead of ham and will add some sun dried tomatoes too.

There are many easy sandwich dinners on this week's plan.  Lazy Summer days means less cooking around here.  Do you have a favorite easy Summer time dinner idea to share?

Here's what's for dinner this week...

Monday - Shredded Potato Quiche with Italian Sausage instead of Ham
Tuesday - Stuffed Baked Potato Bar - Chicken, Bacon Bits, Broccoli, Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa
Wednesday - Grilled Asian Chicken Breasts, Rice & Stir Fry Veggies
Thursday - Italian Sausage Hoagies, Grilled Peppers & Onions, Salad
Friday - Panini Sandwiches, Mac & Cheese, Corn
Saturday - Family Graduation Party
Sunday - Chicken Salad with Grapes & Pecans, Pretzels, Veggies

What are you having for dinner this week?
