This isTake 2 for this post. I wrote it once spelling out each transaction but then decided not to post it. The list was quite long and seemed somewhat obnoxious so I'll give you the shortened overview instead. If anyone wants the long version let me know.
I went to Meijer this week with a plan. And it worked! I was determined to stick to our Eat from the Pantry Challenge/Spending Freeze and not buy anything but produce and dairy items. I had a rain check for Cottonelle toilet paper from a few weeks ago though. The rain check was good for up to 12 packages and I had 12 coupons that I had ordered on Ebay. We were out of toilet paper so it made sense to use the rain check and coupons to stock-up. I had no idea how worth it it would be!
Earlier this week I told you about the Breakstone Cottage Doubles deal.... priced at $1 ea and giving a $5 catalina when you purchase 5. I split my items up into many transactions so I could roll the $5 catalina from one transaction to the next. I didn't know that I would also receive a $3 catalina from Kimberly Clark for purchasing 2 packages of toilet paper too. By rolling both catalinas from one transaction to another I left the store with all of this ....
12 6 Double Roll pkgs of Cottonelle
25 Breakstone Cottage Doubles
4 Loaves of Bread
2 Gallons of Milk
1 dz Eggs
Sour Cream
2 Bunches of Bananas
I spent $16.52 oop. I saved a total of $75.13....$66.00 of that was coupon savings (including the catalinas of course)....for a total of 82% saved!

Love your blog! Thanks for linking up on my post.
Wow! That was definitely worth the slight variance from the Pantry Challenge!
Great toilet paper deals are hard for me, so I am VERY IMPRESSED!
