It is good for one per household and while supplies last. I called Staples because I didn't know what "easy rebate" meant. It works like this ... take the coupon to the store. Pay out of pocket for the paper. Enter information online for the rebate. Get a prepaid Mastercard/Visa sent to you for the full cost of the paper. So the paper is only Free IF you submit the rebate.
