Ziploc Deal

Meijer has Ziploc Bags on sale for $1.89 and there are lots of coupons out.  I started to list this in my Meijer's Noteworthy Items for this weeks grocery ads, but I thought "Hmmmm.... it could be better."

Now, Thanks to Mommy Snacks, it's better....

There is a Ziploc catalina good from 3/18/10 - 4/28/10.  Buy any 3 Ziploc Bags and get a $2 catalina.

I also heard from Teresa's comment on Mommy Snacks Meijer Post that her store had a ziploc display that had tearpads on it for Buy 2 bags get 1 free.  Look for it at your store.

So worst case senario is that you pay $5.67 for 3 Boxes of Ziploc Bags and get a $2.00 catalina.  That's  $1.22 each.  But of course you'll have coupons to use!  So the way I see it is the best case senario is ... Buy 3 boxes, use 3 $.40 off coupons (2 will double, 1 won't.)  Pay $3.67 out of pocket and get a $2.00 catalina.  That's $.56 each box!

I'm going to stock up on the Vacuum bags.  I Love these for Time Saving Freezer Cooking!

It sounds like the catalina offer is good at Kroger too.
