Mark your calendars and pencil in Pancakes on your Menu Plan for next Tuesday, Feb 23rd. IHOP is celebrating National Pancake Day. That means that from 7am to 10 pm you can get a FREE short stack .... that's 3 buttermilk pancakes per person!! They do ask that you consider making a donation to the Children's Miracle Network while you are there.
My family has joined in the celebration the last 2 years. Our local IHOP had face painters and balloon artists on hand to help make it a true celebration. Much to our surprise it wasn't very crowded either year. I know where we'll be next Tuesday night!
