Sign up for the Chili's Email Club! You'll be able to print a coupon good for FREE Chips and Queso. I just printed mine. It has an expiration date of Sept 12th. Not sure if all will have the same date or if it is determined by the date you print it.
Plus I was also able to print a coupon for a FREE Brownie Sundae.
