All deals require a minimum number of buyers before it goes live.  They send out an email with the daily deal.  There are all kinds of offers ... from restaurants to spas to fun family activities, dentists and carpet cleaners.  Sign up to receive emails for offers in your area!

Today's deal in my area is for The Tea Parlor in Liberty Township.  You can get an $18.00 gift certificate for just $9.00.  I haven't been to (or even heard of) The Tea Parlor but it looks like a fun place for an afternoon with a girlfriend or two or the favorite little girl in your life.

Check out Groupon's Refer a Friend program too!  You get a $10 credit for each friend who signs up and buys at Groupon.  You can use the credit towards future purchases.
